For Yuzu, you need to use Switch Army Knife (SAK) to patch the Wave 4 DLC and even 2.0 update (if it doesn't show you option to swap to dlc mode) 1. I think I might have found the solution. Turns out there were some extra files in Yuzu's "keys" folder that were not suppossed to be there. All I left was the "prod.keys" file and everything went smooth after that. For some reason, those extra files allowed to install every other DLC except for Byleth.
