Script mods only work up to one level deep (as in, they can be in a folder in the Mods folder, but not in a folder inside that). That can be a bit of a problem for organization if you have a lot of mods, but there are some ways around it. First of all, you can just never put script mods more than one folder deep.

Mine is 3.18 GB for 957 files. Other than making my game occasionally freeze for a second or two, I havenât noticed much of a difference with or without mods. I am on Mac though and I donât know how well macs are equipped to run the sims.
